Installation or upgrade of CATV service to a location where there has been previous
CATV service must be scheduled at least 2 to 3 business days in advance. Installation
to a location where there has never been CATV service will be scheduled for completion
within 30 days of placing the order. Specific appointment times are not available.
However, morning or afternoon installations may be requested. Please call Customer
Service at (540) 984-5224 to place an order.
