Business Class DSL Packages

Note: A hub, switch, or router is needed if connecting more than one PC. Shentel does not supply this equipment. The re-sale of High-Speed Internet service is prohibited.

Set-up

As part of the Business Class DSL set-up, Shentel will assist the customer in configuring a single device to operate with the DSL modem. A Self-Install CD is available for customers interested in eliminating the install fee. Network set-ups or multiple PC configurations are not included. Static IP Address and Subnet

All Business Class DSL customers receive a Static IP Address as part of their package. Subnets of up to 32 addresses are free to 5Mbps and 10Mbps subscribers. Subnets are available to 3Mbps customers at a monthly charge of $20 with a one-time set-up charge of $50.
