Shentel Internet offers technical support 8 a.m. – 11 p.m., 7 days a week. Between the hours of 11pm and 7am, customers will still have the ability to speak with an operator to report any issue they are having. Any issues reported during off hours will be handled the following day. When calling during off hours please remember to provide your Account Number, Name, Phone number, Location, and a description of the issue you are having.
