An answering service provides a live operator to answer your telephone lines when your staff is unable to do so. Shentel provides a live answering service, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to handle your business calls.

The service is personalized with your business name and we respond to your calls as you direct. For instance, emergency calls can be dispatched to your pager or cellular phones immediately, while return calls are faxed to your office or retrieved by office staff the next morning.

You simply forward your business lines to your dedicated Answering Service number and we take care of the rest. Installation charges are $25 per Answering Service and the monthly charges associated for a basic Answering Service are:
