Operator-Assisted Calls

Operator-assisted calls are those requiring the assistance of an operator to complete the call. Dial '00' plus the telephone number you are calling and an operator will come on the line to assist you. Examples of operator-assisted calls are listed below.

Person-to-Person Calls

Call person-to-person when you wish to talk to a specific person or extension. Charging starts when conversation begins.

Third-Number

You can make a long distance call from another telephone and bill it to your own telephone number or another number, if that party agrees to pay for the call.

Collect

You may call collect if the person or firm you are calling agrees to pay the charges.

Request time & charges when you need to know the length of time you talked on the call and how much it cost.
